Motivation and Incentives

So we wake up each morning, rather tired I might add, and we make our way to work.

Many of us go about our day and put in the 9-5 then come home and go about our business.

But wait ..What's wrong with this picture ?


Chances are you are lacking.......

Motivation and  Incentives

From the time to push that alarm clock to stop (driving you insane) to the time you get up,
You have to be Motivated to take the day by storm.

Some of us have this naturally , but for business owners wanting more from their employees...

You must Motivate them and Give them Incentives

Some business owners have the perception that

"Hey we pay these guys and gave them a job , that's all the motivation they need"

Wrong ! 

There are millions of jobs and let's face it , without an incentive an average employee will go through the motions or put in 50% of the effort.

So how do we Change that ?

Incentives

We all love that added bonus.

You go to any concert or even any event and you mention "Free" or "Here's a reason to sign up" and people flock to it.

For Small Business owners it is the key to  motivate and incentify their.... you got it...

Sales Team

They are at the front of the line (90% of the time, they are your marketing and complete representation of the company)

Without continued revenue coming in, things will begin to suddenly slow down.

Don't have the Cash Flow to throw out big Incentives ?

Not to worry. A good sales person is competitive so throw in a "$10-20 Gift Card" or a Half day off and that will tip it over the edge.

Every successful Sales Team is led by someone who motivates his team and gives them Incentive to put in 150%

So the next time you ask,
"Want to come in Early or Stay late ?"
The response will quickly be "Yes"
Because at the end of the day it works out for both parties , not just the business.
